How could a Drug Dealer that is one of 20-30 thousand in a 400 Billion dollar trade be poor and homeless?

There are several mafia living in homeless shelters in california,(several in each shelter,I mean) perhaps they are just relatives of made members.?

How many mafia are homeless??
